ANTIPAROS

A landmark residential destination

Launched by Iasson Tsakonas in 2001, The Antiparos Project is a residential development with a portfolio of 56 properties across the island — designed by 25 different architects.

Split across five curated masterplans, The Antiparos Project is defined by a contemporary approach to Cycladic architecture that remains rooted in a sense of place — and characterized by low-density, low-impact houses (with panoramic views). The project has helped to establish Antiparos as a landmark residential destination for both Greek and international families, who have enriched the island community.

Location:

Antiparos is a small island in the central Cyclades. Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring the nearby islands by boat; while its proximity to Athens, Paros (5 minutes by boat) and Mykonos, make it easily accessible to visitors. It has a beautiful landscape, idyllic beaches and a lively Chora, alongside a rich archaeological heritage.
