For 20 years, OLIAROS has been sculpting the land of Antiparos with a visionary mission that pivots on a holistic approach to development without distorting local characteristics. OLIAROS introduced Antiparos Design Properties when the landscape of Antiparos was still a blank canvas. With respect to Antiparos regulations that call for at least 8,000 sq. meters of land for any buildable plot, OLIAROS developed a low-density building strategy, with plots of an average of 20,000 sq. meters.
The idea was to embed low-impact, widely spread properties into the island’s landscape. Today, these properties are part of a well-curated master plan that enables both privacy and openness, without gates or borders, forming a community. The low-density houses share the same typology, which consists of a main house and a guest house interconnected with the common, ‘public mixer’ exterior area. All properties provide 5-8 bedrooms and 1-2 staff rooms, all the while delivering high-end architecture and design with breathtaking views.
