FRAGMENTED CYCLADIC ARCHITECTURE
Located at the southwest part of the island of Antiparos at Ag. Georgios area, Hilltop reproaches Cycladic architecture in a fresh way. The property is located across Despotico Island offering unique views of the island’s landscape and history. The house is designed to take advantage of this condition. The rooms are arranged on one level with a common outdoor area framed by a long swimming pool overlooking the beauty of the sea to the south, linking Antiparos and Despotico. This level builds a boundary for the exterior area of common spaces on the upper floor. Living room, library, dining room and kitchen are constructed as pure volumes that intersect each other. These spaces look into all directions, leading to an outdoor experience with the construction of various environments and protection pergolas. To the south, the terraces are designed as great viewpoints, highlighting the privileged position of the house.

Antiparos is a tiny jewel of an island in the center of the Cyclades.
