Lagada

Lagada is approached from the hilltop ridge, from which you will see the Main House and the domed rooftop of its pavilion.
The Main House is developed across tiers, which are connected to follow the form of the plateau landscape. It consists of a central volume with generous living, dining and kitchen spaces, an eastern wing featuring the master bedroom with a private roof terrace above, and a western wing with three further bedrooms. A dome roofed pavilion offers a space for a library that can transform into an extra bedroom, with a skylight above the sleeping area that allows for stargazing.
A clutch of varied outdoor spaces function as areas to gather, relax, BBQ and dine depending on the size of your group, the occasion and the position of the sun — and an infinity pool offers views of the endless Aegean. A basement level adds staff spaces and secondary use areas, while there is a parking area behind the pavilion.
The property also has a standalone Guest House with one bedroom. Set on the southern tip of the plot, it offers a feeling of seclusion and direct sea views. The Main House, Guest House and pavilion are connected by an old stone wall, and surrounded by herb gardens.

Committed to sustainability, the property is designed to be 100% PV-powered, has its own water supply, includes water tanks to collect rainwater and uses a dry planting strategy.
